    Most engagements begin here, so although billed seprately, the audit will be credited towards a direct continuation of the proposed engagement. In 75-minutes, we will navigate through your brand layer, commercial infrastructure, and the systems that connect them. Identifying gaps, inefficiencies and opportunities that are often invisible from inside the work.

    • 75-min structured call - A focused diagnostic session, working through your systems in real time. N.B., not a discovery call.

    • Notion audit report - Delivered within 5 working days. Covers personal brand layer, commercial venture layer, tool stack, data gaps, automation opportunities and key risks.

    • Prioritised recommendations - A clear and sequenced summary of what can be actioned.

    • Proposed build scope - A suggested next engagement, scoped to your situation.

  • *To make the session as useful as possible, you'll be asked to share access to relevant tools ahead of the call: task managers, note-taking platforms, digital drives, filing systems, internal comms channels, reporting templates and any existing case studies or brand materials. The more context you can bring, the more accurate the report will be!

  • £650 one-time payment, no ongoing commitment required.

    This audit is a standalone engagement that surfaces opportunities for further work, should you wish to go forward.

It is used solely for the purpose of this engagement and will not be shared with third parties. All shared access and associated data is deleted within 30 days of the audit report being delivered, unless a further engagement is agreed within 90 days of delivery, in which case relevant findings and materials will be carried forward into that engagement with your confirmation to proceed.
